Taylor Brooke Winery has nine nestboxes in the vineyard, but in 2008 all were occupied by House Sparrows.

We bring in almost a ton of cranberries, ferment them into wine and age the wine for 7-8 months before blending it with our Riesling wine. Tart and dry, this wine is a must for Thanksgiving! Perfect holiday hostess gift!
