Richard and Linda Auger, owners of Taylor Brooke Winery in Woodstock, CT have established an annual scholarship of $500 to be awarded to a graduating senior from Woodstock Academy.

This special dessert wine enchants the nose with ripe apricot, peach and honey. Apricot and honey notes continue into the flavor spectrum, with nuances of pineapple unfolding across a rich, concentrated palate. A firm acid profile balances the wine’s sweetness, yielding a deep, lingering finish. The result is this balanced, nectar-like wine, truly the essence of the Riesling grape.
