This wine is a lazy man’s rosé. It was made by blending our Frontenac Gris (white grape) with its sister grape, Frontenac (red grape). It has notes of tart cherry, orange rind and nectarines. This dry rosé is bold and has a strong acidic backbone, making it closer to a red wine than a white. Pair with pasta pesto, fried chicken or BBQ chicken.
Bubbly Brooke is a semi-dry fizzy white wine made with Riesling grapes. With hints of crisp green apple, stone fruit and a kiss of sweetness, this wine is sure to become a year round favorite. Pack in your cooler and take it with you on a picnic or to a tailgate party, or enjoy with your dinner at home. Pairs well with a creamy pasta dish, seafood or cheese and charcuterie.
A modern take on an Italian classic, our Lambrusco is light, dry and fruit forward. This wine has notes of strawberries, cherries n’ cream, red apple and violet. Served chilled, this fizzy delight is a staff favorite. Pour a glass for yourself while you are cooking dinner and pair with prosciutto and hard cheese, pasta carbonara or pulled pork. Our Lambrusco makes a perfect accompaniment to a turkey dinner or your holiday meals.
Free run juice captured in the beginning part of pressing Petite Sirah grapes is the base for our Petite Sirah Rosé. With aromas of strawberry, watermelon rind, and rhubarb, this sparkling delight will have you dreaming of summer days. This wine has round tannins, a full-mouthfeel, and is fruity, yet dry and balanced. This sparkling wine is the perfect porch pounder for cooling off during those hot summer days. It pairs well with a cheese board, pasta-pesto, or your favorite seafood dish.
Cayuga White, a popular Eastern hybrid varietal, is the base for this fizzy wine. Cayuga White grown in our vineyard is fermented dry leaving notes of tangerine, grapefruit and honey. Post-fermentation, we dry hopped with Citra imparting guava, mango and passionfruit. Next, we force-carbonated this wine and turned it into a wine/beer hybrid. It smells like an IPA and tastes like a fizzy, dry, white wine. This wine was invented by our winemaker who loves beer but can’t have gluten. This is the perfect after work drink and pairs nicely with a chicken dinner, BBQ, or pasta
Our estate Noiret is a medium weight red, somewhat similar to a Pinot Noir. The grapes grow in big, blue, juicy clusters and have thick skin, which gives this wine a deeper color and heavier mouthfeel. It has notes of raspberry, blackberry and spicy tones of black pepper and cocoa. This wine is well balanced – not oo fruity, not too dry. Try pairing with smoked BBQ ribs, chicken parmesan or pork tenderloin.

A blend of 100% CT Grown Frontenac Gris with a splash of estate grown St. Croix grapes, this wine is brimming with citrus notes, a hint of ginger and a bold blood orange essence.
Our single varietal estate Cayuga White is dry and aromatic. On the nose there are notes of candied orange, white peaches and wet stony minerality. This wine has fruity aromas, yet finishes crisp and clean. Grown right here in our vineyard, our winemaker has the ability to pull this fruit in at the exact right moment when the sugars and acid come into balance naturally. This is an excellent food wine with enough backbone to stand up to heavier dishes such as homemade mac and cheese, clam chowder or pork chops.
Traminette is one of our favorite grapes grown here in our vineyard, which is why you see it featured 3 different ways on our menu. When Traminette ripens, it turns a gorgeous deep golden yellow-orange. Our Traminette is cold soaked in order to extract the maximum flavor and color from the skins. It has perfumed aromas that are both floral and spicy with notes of guava and citrus that linger on the tongue. Our Reserve Traminette is fermented to dryness making it an excellent food companion. Pair with a ham dinner, crab cakes or chicken broccoli alfredo.
Our Sparkling Rosis a blend of free run juice collected from all our red wine crushes. Each ros was fermented separately and then blended into one robust, juicy wine. This wine has notes of strawberry, kiwi and grapefruit. The natural fruitiness of these grapes gives this wine a hint of sweetness balanced by a crisp, fizzy finish. Our Sparkling Ros is going to be your favorite summer porch pounder. Enjoy on its own while floating in the pool and pair with a burger coming off the grill and strawberry shortcake dessert.
Frontenac Gris is a white hybrid grape grown here in our vineyard. On the nose are aromas of pineapple, guava and bright citrus. This is a bright expression of Frontenac Gris, with bubbles delivering bursts of tropical fruit, and a dry, crisp finish. If you like Prosecco, chances are you will love our Sparkling Frontenac Gris. Enjoy a glass during a celebratory toast or pair with your favorite appetizer such as chicken wings, nachos or fondue. Or try using in your favorite champagne cocktail such as a Kir Royale or Aperol Spritz.
The Spirit of Woodstock is our flagship brandy. Distilled from St. Croix grapes and barrel aged, this Brandy drinks like a Bourbon. Our Brandy is kept on a Solera system with the ages in the blend ranging from 8 to 2 years old. With notes of sherry, vanilla and brown spices this brandy is dry, bold and delicious. Sip on its own or try it in your favorite Bourbon cocktails. It is an excellent base for an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Side Car or swap out the vodka and make a Bourbon Mule.
Our Raspberry Rendezvous is a sweet dessert wine. This wine invokes the image of raspberries cooking down on the stove for raspberry jam. Fragrant and fresh, with aromas of red raspberries and blackberries, this sweet wine is THE wine for raspberry lovers. Enjoy on its own or serve with an angel food cake, peach cobbler or German chocolate cake. This dessert wine is also a fantastic substitute for Chambord: use in a Kir Royal or use to make a Raspberry Mojito or to a French Martini.
Chocolate essence is a sweet red dessert port style wine with chocolate extract added for an extra chocolate punch. With strong notes of Swiss chocolate, vanilla, coffee and strawberries n’ cream, this dessert wine is a cult classic here at Taylor Brooke Winery. If you know, you know. Our estate grown Late Harvest Traminette is a dessert wine, sweet and delicious. Made from Traminette grapes that were left on the vine well after harvest in order to concentrate sugars. Picked just before winter set in, when the grapes had shriveled on the vine, this yielded a wine not only concentrated with sugar, but also packed with flavor. With notes of sherry, almond, oak, and honey, this wine is sure to be a hit alongside your favorite dessert. Pair with cheesecake, chocolate truffles or an after dinner cheese plate.
Our Woodstock Valley Red is a blend of our favorite hybrid reds. St. Croix is the dominant grape and is supported by Foch and Marquette. This blend is super fruity and jammy with notes of black cherry, cocoa and spice. Pair with a grilled steak, goat cheese salad or pizza. This is wine sure to please a wide variety of drinkers as it is not too dry and not overly sweet.
Our Roseland Red is a blend of over 50% estate grapes; St. Croix, Noiret and Corot Noir. Each wine is vinified and oaked separately and then blended into this medium bodied red that is fruity, dry and smooth. Pair with your favorite Italian meal or anything off the grill.
Dry, Red Wine
Our estate Corot Noir is a light, fruit forward, dry red, somewhat similar to a Chianti. It has notes of red cherry, blueberries and earthy leather tones. Corot Noir is a hybrid grape. With the short growing season of New England, our reds stay fresh and clean and don’t have the heavy, jammy notes of a typical California red. Enjoy with duck, lamb, or your favorite slow roast recipe.
Wine Dog, our flagship wine, is a semi-sweet Cayuga White. On the nose you can notice hints of ripe melon, tangerine and honey. This wine has just enough sweetness to balance the acidity- not too sweet, not too dry. Enjoy a glass while cooking dinner as this bottle pairs well with just about any cuisine that ends up on the table. Try it with any of your weekday dinners such as grilled chicken, shrimp scampi or fajitas.
In memory of Zima, our 1st wine dog.
Adopted in 2001 from the Worcester Animal Rescue League, Zima developed her own job description. She greeted and gave tours of “her” vineyard to our guests, played soccer and frisbee with visiting kids, helped during harvest and occasionally indulged in a sip of wine (she had a very developed palate for a dog!).
For over 40 years, we have rescued dogs; each one unique in their own way, but Zima will always hold a very special place in our hearts. To honor her and all rescues, those who’ve found forever homes and those still waiting for a loving home, we are donating $1 per bottle sold, to the Worcester Animal Rescue League in Worcester, MA. As of 2018, we’ve donated almost $15,000 in Zima’s honor!
This fruity wine has an intoxicating nose, a mixture of tangerine, pineapple and peaches with a sweetness that is balanced by the natural acidity common to New England grapes.
Come in out of the cold of winter and escape into a Mediterranean fantasy with this Pomegranate essence infused Riesling. Pomegranate seeds are naturally high in acidity and this essence imparts a crispness which nicely balances the sweetness of the Riesling. A holiday party hit!
Our Summer Peach is a fruit infused wine. The base is sweet Cayuga White wine to which we add a peach extract to give it that over the top peach flavor that makes this wine one of our top sellers. Sweet and juicy like biting into a fresh, white peach, enjoy this wine served chilled on its own or pair with your favorite BBQ recipes, summer salad or cheese plate. This wine is sure to be the hit at all your backyard parties this summer.
Estate St. Croix Rosé. Fruity and dry with notes of raspberry, strawberry, and black cherry. This wine smells like summer and is our “red lover’s summer sipper”.
Our semi-sweet Traminette has a floral nose, somewhat similar to a Gewurztraminer. It has notes of ripe pineapple, grapefruit and honey comb. This wine starts out with a hint of sweetness, but finishes crisp and dry. It is an excellent accompaniment to food with a little kick, like pad thai, curry or smoked bbq.
Estate grown Vignole grape is blended with a small amount of our Cayuga White. Woodstock Hill White starts with a kiss of sweetness which immediately gives way to notes of pineapple, orange blossoms, and flowers. It has a rounded acidity and a slight minerality.
Our Riesling is showcased without its popularly known sweetness.This dry Riesling is bursting with fruit and minerality. The nose showcases what Riesling is known for with notes of petrol, stone fruit and green apple. Our Riesling is a juicy and full-bodied white, balanced and round. This wine is excellent served chilled on its own or paired alongside roasted chicken, pork tenderloin or your favorite dips and cheeses.
Organic cranberries are fermented into wine and aged for 7 months before blending it with our Riesling wine. The Cranberry Riesling is tart on the front and dry on the finish. It is a must for Thanksgiving!
