Taylor Brooke Brewery and Taylor Brooke Winery now have a unified company-wide rewards program. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on wine or beer at either location. Once you reach 200 points, you’ll get $20 to spend during your next visit.

You can signup online to save time at the register. Just click the button below and follow the prompts. After you signup, be sure to let us know you are a rewards member whenever you checkout in person, over the phone, or online.

*Signing up as a rewards member will add your email to our newsletter list where you can stay connected with all things Taylor Brooke. Opt out options are available at the bottom of every email.

**If you were a member of our previous loyalty program, a Thank You email was sent out on March 1st with details regarding the new program and our customer appreciation month. All rewards accounts were reset to Zero in February, 2021. See FAQ below for details.

If you have an existing rewards account, you can lookup your points history online. Click the button below and enter the email address or phone number that you used to signup. If you do not receive an email from us after hitting submit, that means you might not have an account on file. Go ahead and choose the signup option instead. If neither works, send us an email and we will look into it for you.

Customer Appreciation Month – March 2021

To celebrate the launch of our new rewards program, we are offering a full month of customer appreciation discounts. Those who participated in our past loyalty program were already sent an email with a discount code. But we want to make sure everyone is in on the fun. If you join our rewards program anytime this month, you will get 10% off your entire order!

Join online using the signup button. To redeem your discount online, email us for the discount code. To redeem over the phone or in person, let us know you’re a rewards member and we will automatically apply the discount. You can also sign up anytime you visit.

Rewards Program FAQ

All my points were redeemed in February 2021. What happened?

Our previous loyalty program was winery-based and managed in a different POS system. When we transitioned over to our new POS system last year, we paused the loyalty program to get our brewery up and running. Now that we are at the beginning of our new season, we’re ready to launch a new program.

The old program awarded gifts at several point thresholds and never reset after each gift. The new system will award discounts at the 200 point threshold at which time the points will reset back to zero again. Since this is a completely different program, we made the decision to start everyone at zero points.

As a thank you for participating in our previous program, we have offered you a discount code for the month of March on your entire order. Discount codes were emailed out on March 1st. If you cannot come during the month of March, please let us know by email when you plan to come and we will honor the discount then.
