Cayuga White, a popular Eastern hybrid varietal, is the base for this fizzy wine. Cayuga White grown in our vineyard is fermented dry leaving notes of tangerine, grapefruit and honey. Post-fermentation, we dry hopped with Citra imparting guava, mango and passionfruit. Next, we force-carbonated this wine and turned it into a wine/beer hybrid. It smells like an IPA and tastes like a fizzy, dry, white wine. This wine was invented by our winemaker who loves beer but can’t have gluten. This is the perfect after work drink and pairs nicely with a chicken dinner, BBQ, or pasta.
